Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging with all included accessories and hardware
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: cleaning products that have been opened or used, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@xpressavenue.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original Shipping Charges
Since we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no shipping charges to refund. If a paid shipping upgrade was selected, that portion is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
